How and where the program is delivered after you pay.

1. What we deliver

KrazyWhizzy is an education and training service. We do not sell or ship physical products. What you pay for is a one-month, in-person project program with guided training, weekly reviews and a final presentation.

2. Where the program is delivered

The program is delivered in person at our office:

Office hours are 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You can come in any time during these hours.

3. What happens after you pay

  1. Immediately: you see a payment confirmation on screen, and your payment is recorded against your registration.
  2. On WhatsApp: you receive a payment confirmation on your registered mobile number.
  3. Within 2 working days: our team confirms your batch, group, guide and start date on WhatsApp.
  4. On your start date: you complete onboarding at the office and your four-week program begins.

4. What you receive at the end

  • A completion certificate, after meeting the attendance and assessment criteria.
  • Your project code or a permitted portfolio version, with setup documentation.
  • Learning resources to keep practising.

These are handed over in person or shared digitally at the end of the program.

5. Delays and changes

If we need to change your start date, we will tell you as early as possible on WhatsApp and offer another date or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can also reschedule yourself up to 2 times. See our Terms & Conditions.
