1. About these terms
These terms apply to the KrazyWhizzy program ("the program") run by Learnovate Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us"). By registering or paying, you (the student) and, for students under 18, your parent or guardian agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Who can enrol
- The program is open to students from Class 11 up to a master's degree, including graduation and engineering courses.
- Students under 18 must register with a parent or guardian's details and consent.
- You must give true and complete information when registering. We may cancel a registration that uses false information.
3. What the program includes
The program runs for one month (four weeks) and covers one project. It includes guided training, a guide who follows your project, a teaching assistant, weekly progress reviews, attendance tracking, career guidance and a final presentation.
You choose one project route: a company project, your own idea, or a government-supported brief when one is available. The exact project scope is agreed with your guide. Government-supported projects depend on a confirmed opportunity and are not guaranteed.
4. Enrolment and confirmation
- Register online and choose your project route and start date.
- Pay the one-time program fee of ₹14,999 to reserve your place.
- Our team confirms your batch, group, guide and start date, usually within 2 working days, and informs you on WhatsApp.
Your place is final only after we confirm it. If we cannot offer you a place, we will refund everything you paid.
5. Fees and payment
- The program fee is ₹14,999 for one month and one project, paid in full as a one-time payment at registration. There are no instalments.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all charges shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice.
- You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, card or net banking) or at our office (cash, UPI, card or bank transfer). Every payment is confirmed on WhatsApp.
- Your place is reserved only after the program fee is paid in full.
- Another month with a new project costs ₹14,999 and needs a new enrolment and a confirmed start date.
6. Dates, attendance and rescheduling
- The program runs in person at our office, open 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. You can come in any time during office hours.
- Your start date must be at least 10 days after the day you book it.
- You can reschedule your start date up to 2 times, until 48 hours before your booked date, using the link we send you or our Manage Booking page. The new date must also be at least 10 days away.
- Attendance is recorded daily. Certificates depend on meeting the attendance and assessment criteria.
- For students under 18, supervised hours and guardian requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
7. Conduct
We expect every student to be respectful to other students and staff, to take care of the office and its equipment, and to submit their own work. Plagiarism, harassment, damage to property or misuse of systems may lead to removal from the program without a refund.
8. Project work and ownership
- Your own idea: you keep ownership of your idea and the work you create for it.
- Company and government-supported projects: work created for these belongs to the company or organisation that owns the project. You may show a portfolio version or permitted code, as agreed with your guide.
- You must not share confidential information, code or data from company projects without written permission.
- You may use AI tools during the program. You are responsible for checking and understanding the work you submit.
9. Certificates and awards
- A completion certificate is issued when you meet the attendance and assessment criteria.
- The performance award pool is for the top 3 performers. Award distribution and criteria will be announced. Our decision on awards is final.
- We do not guarantee jobs, internships, admissions or income as a result of the program.
10. Photos and media
We share your photos, name or project story only if you (or your guardian, for students under 18) give media consent. You can withdraw it at any time for future posts. Publication on external platforms, such as news sites, depends on their editorial decisions and is not guaranteed.
11. Venture support
Optional venture guidance after the program is separate from these terms. Its scope, duration, ownership and fees are agreed separately in writing.
12. Our responsibility
We take reasonable care to run the program well. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, power or internet outages, or government orders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the program.
We may change the program schedule, guides or venue when needed. If a change affects you significantly, we will inform you and offer a new date or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith, and then falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
