1. Who we are
KrazyWhizzy ("we", "us", "our") is a program operated by Learnovate Innovations Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at 108, StudX, Nibm Annex, AMC Avenue, opp. RAHEJA VISTAS PHASE-3, Autadwadi Handewadi, Mohammed Wadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411060.
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit https://krazywhizzy.com/, enquire about the program, register, pay, or take part in the program. We are the Data Fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
2. Personal data we collect
When you register, we collect:
- Student details: full name, mobile (WhatsApp) number, email address, date of birth, gender, city and state.
- Education details: current level, stream or course, school or college, and board or university (optional).
- For students under 18: the parent or guardian's name, relation and mobile number, and their consent.
- Program choices: project route, project idea (if any), preferred start date and arrival time, prior experience and how you heard about us.
- Your acceptance of our policies and, if you choose, your media consent.
When you contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional) and your message.
When you pay, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment amount, status, date and Razorpay reference IDs. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. For payments made at our office, we record the amount, mode (cash, UPI, card or bank transfer) and any reference number.
Automatically, when you visit our website, we record the page you open, the date and time, your IP address, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), browser and operating system, the approximate city and state found from your IP address, and the website or campaign link that brought you to us. We use this to understand how people find and use our website, and to prevent fraud, spam and misuse. We also record your IP address and browser with registrations and enquiries for the same reasons. We do not use this data to identify you or for advertising.
3. How we use your data
- To process your registration and payments, and to confirm your batch, group, guide and start date.
- To send you payment confirmations, reminders and program updates on WhatsApp, and by email once available.
- To handle rescheduling requests and to reply to your enquiries.
- To run the program: attendance, progress reviews, assessment and certificates.
- To keep our website and services secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To feature your project in our student spotlight, only if you (or your guardian) give media consent.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you register or send an enquiry, and for legitimate uses allowed under the DPDP Act, such as meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Students under 18
Some of our students are under 18. For them, we collect the parent or guardian's details and verifiable consent at registration, as required by the DPDP Act. We do not track children's behaviour or show them targeted advertising.
A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review, correct or delete their child's data, or to withdraw consent.
7. How long we keep data
- Registration and program records: for as long as needed to run the program and issue certificates, and then for up to 3 years.
- Payment and invoice records: for 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Enquiries: for up to 2 years after our last reply.
- Website visit IP addresses: deleted automatically after 90 days. The rest of the visit record (page, device, city and source) is kept without the IP address for statistics.
After these periods, we delete or anonymise the data.
8. How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, restricted admin access with strong passwords, activity logs, and secure payment processing through Razorpay. No system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect processing done before you withdrew.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, contact us by phone on +91 8999356671, or through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
